Kiwoko Hospital employs a staff of over 400 people. In addition to the medical/nursing personnel, the hospital has an extensive community and education department and being in a rural location, also employs many local builders/tradesmen/drivers etc.
All of the staff are Ugandan/East African nationals, including the hospital Management. There are usually several non-Ugandan/international Volunteers at the Hospital under the leadership of Dr Peter at the team.
